The general process for our projects is as follows: Initial contact: Clients get in contact with us and let us know of their requirements Consultation: We have a visit with the customer to get their specific requirements Quote: Once we have spoken to our potential clients we put together a quote for the works and send it to the client - usually within 72hrs depending on the size of the project. commencement: Once the quote is accepted by the client, we arrange a commencement date for us to begin. Depending on the project size we may have anything up to a 6mth waiting list. Smaller projects can often be completed in a much shorter time frame as we always have teams available for finishing works. Completion: Once we have completed the works to the agreed standard, we go over the works with the client and get the final sign off Snagging: All large scale projects will have an element of snagging that is required in the months following completion. Buildings can sometimes take some time to settle as timbers dry, etc. this can result in minor defects appearing that need minor remedial works that we carry out if necessary. Obviously smaller jobs can be agreed and completed with a streamlined process but the same quality levels and client approvals are in place.

We work closely with architects and building control teams who are familiar with the planning and control teams in Waltham Forest and Redbridge. They have helped many of our clients to get approval for their projects and to ensure they are as close to the client's requirement as is allowed.
